Cancellation Policy:
Applicants may cancel their Pet License application within 3 days from the date of submitting the application on our website.
To request a cancellation, the applicant must send an email to: mypet@petlicense.in
Cancellation requests will only be accepted through the registered email address used during application.
Refund Policy:
If the applicant submits a valid cancellation request within the 3-day window:
✔ We will refund the exact amount paid online by the applicant.
✔ Refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the application.
✔ Refund processing time may take 5–7 working days, depending on the payment provider’s policies.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
If the applicant provides incorrect, forged, or incomplete documents.
If the application is rejected by the government authority due to inaccuracies or applicant-related issues.
If the applicant fails to respond to verification calls, emails, or document requests from government agencies.
If cancellation is requested after 3 days from the application submission date.
Processing Time & Mode of Refund:
Refunds are normally processed within 5–7 working days once approved.
The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of application.
